The QoE conversation

Compiled by discussion group members, The QoE Exploration Guide gives organisations access to the group’s learning and experiences. It takes the format of one or two day sessions run specifically for senior teams, working through areas that are identified as being key to the development of customer and people experience.

The objective is to help organisations explore their current environment and in doing so help to define direction for future development. During the process, the guide is adapted to the host organisation’s unique context, culture, structure and market position, allowing it to be used as an ongoing device. The questions that are posed at these sessions are guided by Carl Lyon, Chairman of The QoE, who is able to augment the conversation using the insight gained from more than 4,000 hours of debate on customer and people experience.

This collaborative approach engages key stakeholders in shared learning that helps to identify strengths, gaps and internal tensions within your organisation, generating a contagious enthusiasm to deliver a superior customer experience. These sessions are an extension of the creative exchange in a sales and agenda free environment that is so valued by The QoE members.
