The QoE conversation

Masterclasses are run by The QoE discussion group members where a more instructive approach can help other organisations develop core skills, processes and best practices. They provide an ideal opportunity for existing members to explore specific topics in great depth and, on occasion, are open to a wider audience. Typically these sessions are designed around one-day group tutorials followed by individual telephone support.
