First Direct’s reputation for delivering exceptional customer experience is well recognised.
Perhaps not so well recognised but equally as important is the company's development of
people experience. Stewart Bromley's role has been pivotal in this development.

Stewart has been a highly valued member of The QoE for many years and, following a
number of requests, has now committed his time to delivering this tutorial in an area vital
to the development of customer and people experience.

Participants will be given the opportunity to develop their ability to engage and influence
line managers, peers and employees across a range of circumstances and functions
and then review this on an individual basis.
